Captain Potter is a lifelong boater and sailing enthusiast. He grew up on the cold and treacherous waters of Lake Ontario and he eventually he sailed solo from upstate New York to Florida on a 26’ sailboat. Captain Potter sailed the majority of the East Coast of the United States including up the Delaware and down the Chesapeake. He has sailed the majority of the Caribbean and has visited more than 40 of the Caribbean islands by sailboat.
His greatest pleasure is introducing and teaching people the wonders of sailing, navigation, and cruising. By sharing his love for the water and the natural beauty of the world, he would love to make your day more special by sharing it with you.

Everett Pearson bought the Black Duck from Donald Sutherland for his personal yacht as it was his masterpiece.
